Villas / Philadelphia - I agree with the spouter regarding a high percentage of second homeowners in Lower Township having to pay taxes on a proposed aquatic center that they will never use and could not vote on the matter. Everyone in my neighborhood barely has time to come down a few weekends, do repairs to their home, see a few neighbors, walk the dog, and may get an hour or two at the beach at the most. Getting to the aquatic center, paying $12 to get in, is not on anybody's radar where I live, and attempting to build it is a waste of my tax money for me and for everyone else.
