Stone Harbor - I was appalled watching the tape of the recent council meeting with the ambushed vote not to purchase Smuggler's Cove. Frank Dallahan and Josie Rich should be impeached. I praise Mayor Davies-Dunhour for standing up for the taxpayers of Stone Harbor in an effort to hold off a vote until all had a chance to be educated on the issue. Dallahan and Rich put their agendas ahead of their constituents in a display that was deplorable.
