Villas - Re: the person asking about the private property sign at the end of Wildwood Ave. I live in the yellow house. Someone in the neighborhood owns a deed for the stretch of beach between the bayfront houses and the water. I didn't fact check this, but I heard there was a 'slip and fall' on this beach access a few years ago. The person sued the municipality and the owner, so they had to post it for insurance reasons. There was also a sign at the end of Redwood Avenue, too, but I don't know if it's still there.
