He told me he had off for spring break paid as well as the office personnel. I told him we had to work. We compared numbers and benefits between our two schools and boy does he get a better deal than we do. He has family illness days, we don't. His custodians make $5,000 more to start than we do. He has personal days. He has paid leave should a family member die for four days. He has many more paid days off than we do.
