Court House - I noticed in the article concerning Middle Township's budget that the very first item pointed out was “police salaries and employee health insurance cost.” Don’t the aforementioned employees get a salary or do they just work for the health insurance? It goes on to mention the MUA. That is where the taxpayer is getting fleeced. I can’t understand why, in a municipality that has mostly private septic systems, Middle is paying so much. Do the island communities who are all completely serviced by sewer systems get penalized by the Cape May County MUA?
