Cape May - Cape May City Elementary administration can’t be bothered to follow its own protocol on their anti-bullying program. No communication to parents from administration when bullying of children happens. And little to no communication between administration to the teachers has finally culminated in a “vote of no confidence” against the administration by the teachers. Let’s wake up and protect these kids.
