Palermo - To the spouter from Dennis Township re: B.L. England not being required to pay energy tax receipts to Upper Township... maybe if the environmentalists and Murphy's cronies had not stopped the gas pipeline (which was definitely needed as a back up to the one line serving 140,000 gas customers), we wouldn't be talking about energy tax receipts. Maybe we should have Atlantic County's high tax base due to all their freebies and services, then everyone in Upper would be forced to move.
