Wildwood - I understand spouts about getting rid of football. There are lots of legitimate reasons for this argument. I feel high school sports are important for more than one reason. Many kids play sports as an outlet and frankly it keeps them in line. It encourages kids to keep up good grades. Some say sports have nothing to do with education, I disagree.
