Why do the Republican powers that be want to see Marie Hayes rep

Cape May County - Why do the Republican powers that be want to see Marie Hayes replaced on the freeholder board? There has to be a reason. Is she failing to give in to the ones who have called the shots for so long? The county needs a shakeup if the ordinary people are to ever earn a decent living here. Is that what she is doing, shaking things up?
