Stone Harbor - The borough has an ordinance in place to prevent marijuana shops from opening. They have had legal review to make sure we're protected. When legal though, it won't stop anybody from bringing it into the borough and using it. Murphy is not thinking this through. All he wants is the tax money, so that he can give more to social programs.
