Why does Margaret Mace School charge some out-of-district famili

North Wildwood - Why does Margaret Mace School charge some out-of-district families tuition, while other out-of-district families get to go free? There are a lot of non-paying, out-of-district kids. If they all paid tuition, it would pay for the repairs that need to be made. Administration and Board of Education need to start really looking into this.
