North Cape May - I live in Lower Twp., specifically North Cape May, and because of the previous administration and former manager, our area along the bay is being compromised into a rental village that impacts the residential properties with high taxes. This is not an island commercial community, and it should not be subjected to owners who couldn't care less about the impact that weekly rentals have made. These individuals who rent should be responsible to our community, or at the very least be taxed to offset the high property taxes to serve their rental clients. A win-win for fairness going forward.
