Wildwood - I understand a spouter's frustration who asked how someone gets released after getting caught with dope. I can't understand how a certain person keeps abusing their child and gets away with it. It's all about who you know. There is no real justice in Cape May County. The Department of Children and Families acts like they care, but they really don't care about the abused child. They couldn't care less about the truth. It's disgraceful what goes on around here.
