What is wrong with a woman over 50 applying for a summer job?

Wildwood Crest - What is wrong with a woman over 50 applying for a summer job? It appears to me that an employer would appreciate having a mature person working for their company. Either I can't get an interview, or if I do get an interview, the person holding the interview tells me I am overqualified. I want a summer job! How can you think that I am looking to take your job?
