Erma - I submitted a Spout Off recently about an incident I had with a boy on a bicycle in Cape May. I then read of an accident where a 15-year-old Villas boy reportedly ran through a stop sign and crashed into the side of a man's car. The boy sustained a head injury because he was not wearing a helmet. It seems the police are not enforcing the law that anyone under 17 must wear one. I believe every bicyclist should by law wear a helmet, or are older heads less valuable?
