I agree with spouters who have been complaining about "service"

Court House - I agree with spouters who have been complaining about "service" dogs in restaurants and businesses. I put that in quotes because there is a lot of fraud going on with this designation. I personally know a woman who admitted to me that she lied that she had anxiety to allow her to bring her little dog anywhere she wants. A true licensing system needs to be established for the "service" tag; and it shouldn't be for any reason that can't be medically proven. "Comfort" doesn't cut it.
