North Cape May - Why is an unhitched trailer still parked on Leaming Ave. in North Cape May? I took notice of this spout weeks ago, and tried to help them. So, I contacted code enforcement and they said it would be taken care of! And, unfortunately, it's still sitting there! It's an accident waiting to happen with children playing!
