Re: social injustice and oppression, I fail to understand how so

Cape May - Re: social injustice and oppression, I fail to understand how some folks can't thrive in this great country. I have watched rundown areas in my hometown of Philadelphia become thriving neighborhoods with the hard work of families from Southeast Asia and India coming here and taking advantage of the wonderful opportunities our country has to offer. What is the excuse as to why some who call themselves oppressed can't do the same?
