Cape May - We went to the beach the weekend of Aug. 4, and were sitting looking at the water about 20 feet from the water when a family came and set up a 12-by-12 tent in front of us. It's time that these tents are required to set up in the back of the beach. I understand people need to be out of the sun, but being rude is another thing. Once they set up, they blasted their music and smoked like chimneys. They tied their dog to the tent, and it barked as people went by.
