North Wildwood / Philadelphia - Recently, I pulled into a parking lot on 17th St. My goal was to run across the street for a minute to put in a take-out order for breakfast before they closed, then return to the market to pick up some food staples for the week. After taking two steps, a woman came out to scold me for parking in her lot. I tried to explain my intention, but she just wasn't getting it. So, I moved my car, got breakfast, then spent $90 in a sundries shop. I am from Philly. I know all about parking issues. But, never assume I am not a paying customer.
