North Wildwood - The BBQ Festival seems to be more successful every year. I noticed the lack of hygiene this year, and watched people bathing with a garden hose, using the porta potties, and then going back to the food preparation. I think the city could bring rental shower/toilet trailers to help with this problem. They could make the vendors pay an extra fee to cover the cost, and require them to participate. Give out a key or combo to all vendors, and keep them clean. If this is not addressed, it will become an issue, and eventually jeopardize this and other great events.
