Avalon - For the Avalon Council president to say that people would be driven to drugs if they did not work in construction for two months is one of the more ridiculous statements I have ever heard. If I was a construction worker, I would be insulted. I guess this was McCorristin's way of supporting the industry he is involved in. It looks like that as long as he is president, there is little hope of getting any relief from this nightmare of endless construction, noise and massive parking issues.
