Lower Township - As a retired member of the Coast Guard, and a transplant from Florida to New Jersey, I wonder, with the retirement of Congressman Frank LoBiondo, who is a senior member of the committee that involves the Coast Guard Training Center, what will be the future for Cape May as the training destination. Seniority is everything in Congress, and I believe the best fit for Congress would be a Republican congressman, not because of the Democratic candidate, but rather how Congress works, unless the Congress changes. The best bet at this time for the future of the training center would be status quo.
