An ordinance prohibiting bikes along the walkway on the bayside

North Cape May - An ordinance prohibiting bikes along the walkway on the bayside of Beach/Shore drives is being proposed by Lower Township because of safety to ensure access to the beach. Why not no dogs, since this could also create a danger to pedestrians and beach access? Walkways are for people and not bikes or dogs. People pay taxes, not bikes or dogs.
