When Stone Harbor proposed a new, million-dollar police station,

Stone Harbor - When Stone Harbor proposed a new, million-dollar police station, weren't we told the existing station was falling down? Why are they adding onto the existing station? I guess it was not falling down. Do they really need space now that the old library is sitting empty? How many cops are even in the station during the day? What a waste of money.
