Upper Township - I 100 percent agree with a spouter in Marmora. Another complaint I have is when we are able to drive on the road again, the plow trucks take up huge amounts of space on the road. There should be a rule in which the plows are not out when rush-hour times are coming around. The plows should salt and plow roads before and after work and school rush hours.
