Ocean View - I have been reading spouts and numerous articles about illegal ATVs all over Cape May County for years, and the question I have is why hasn't Sen. Van Drew addressed this public safety issue at the state level? Why are our state legislators not helping our cops and prosecutors by requiring license plates or handle-bar placards to be displayed on all quads and dirt bikes? Wouldn't this be a detriment to illegal riding because the riders could be identified, reported, and tracked down by the cops?
