Cape May - The proposal to actually distribute food for a portion of a person's food stamp allotment is a great idea. People sell food stamps and EBT cards all the time and use the cash for less than legal purposes. People also buy tons of junk food (legally) using food stamps or EBT cards. While the logistics may be tough to work out at first, this is a great thing, and it legitimizes the process of helping the poor.
