Court House - Middle Township can hire someone to boost morale and pay them $46,000 a year, but can't give their employees who've been there for 15-plus years a raise? Do they need three people in Human Resources, and do they really think having yoga during work time will boost morale? How about they take the $46,000 and give it to the people who deserve it?
