Wildwood - Cape May County fourth graders are being forced to enter a drawing contest, depicting what makes Cape May County government unique. Fourth graders have no clue or even care about what government is, and that's good. They have plenty more to worry about. What are the kids going to draw? A bunch of sad, overtaxed citizens and busloads of convicts and drug addicts in voucher motels?
