I hope the engineering firm is responsible when that happens to pay for and build a bulkhead the entire length of the roadway. That cost will be tens of millions. I wonder if that was the plan all along, to remove the property owners and build hundreds of townhomes in their place? They don’t want communities, they want revenue-generating machines.
