Dennis Township schools have told staff not to be on their phone

Dennis Township - Dennis Township schools have told staff not to be on their phones while in school or around students, yet they always are. Staff was also told if they are late more then three times, they will receive a letter. Now, is that just for teachers or are aides included? Many of these people are consistently late, so why should students follow the rules if the adults don't?
