Rio Grande - What is the point of calling a 'code blue' and having people who are homeless call to have shelter when there’s no shelter available for them when they run out of room? Those people are hiding in the vacant homes and trailers. God forbid they freeze to death and aren’t found until spring. Cape May County needs some kind of homeless shelter.
