It's sad that a 10yo little girl lost her life because of an abusive foster mom. I'm not here to talk about her family only the abuse of the foster care system in this country. This foster parent was a teacher with a past history of child abuse and nobody from DHS did anything about it. All who are responsible for the death of this child as the foster parent and should be held accountable too. Job loss and jail time for all involved is in order.
