Anyone who has been paying attention knows that 3 bedroom condos in North Wildwood are selling for about $850,000. But lo and behold, NW politicians have declared that NW, in its entirety, to be in need of rehabilitation. Who knew? Their justification includes such nebulous words like flexibility, facilitate, tools. Let the cynic in me translate. This will give NW politicians the license to bargain directly with developers and cut whatever deal they like. And money from these same developers will take a circuitous route and find its way to the pockets of these same politicians.
