I find it interesting that the Wonderland Pier Carousel needs a million dollars in repairs. Wasn't it just 2-3 years ago when hundreds of tourists were there, riding it, standing in line to get their last memories. It was working well and people were happy to ride it during its last days. Why all of a sudden, does it not work and takes a million dollars to fix?
