On a hot summer morning at 11 am in August, I attended the opening of the Wildwood High Football season. Following the excitement of police and firetrucks sirens and flashing lights the team entered Maxwell Field . From there the game started and the mood went down hill along with the game. Group #1 schools are the smallest attended. Our Warriors played their hardest but they were over come by Pitman. We have the smallest high school football team I have ever watched. Most players averaged about 150 pounds with their uniforms on. Can't the school cafeteria serve them more calories.
