Look around the Township, especially North Cape May, Town Bank and the west side of Bayshore Rd. in Villas. This area is busier than ever before. The bay beaches are packed and businesses are thriving. Go to the Ferry Terminal on a Wednesday afternoon. Packed with folks enjoying the live bands. The Township is making money hand over fist. Realtor offices are booming. The area is booming. Like it, don't like it, whatever, Lower is a happening place! LOVE LT!
