In the state of New Jersey, dogs are not allowed in grocery stores unless they are certified service animals. When are the big grocery stores going to enforce this law? Animals should not be allowed in any store that sells food products. I’ve seen dogs in the back of the shopping cart in the seat for babies. It’s disgusting. Putting the dogs dirty blanket in the back of the cart doesn’t make a difference. To the stores mentioned, do better. Enforce The law!
