Well, here we are, 7 months since the County made its offer to the AFSCME e-board and they still haven't shared it with us. The offer has been leaked and has not been denied so we have to assume its real. You board members are delusional if you think you are going to get anything better from mediation. In your quest to make yourselves relevant, you are punishing us members, our families and 300+ nonmembers with union eligible titles and their families. You are negatively impacting thousands of people. Enough with your imagined self importance. Stop using us to try to become more than you are.
