The second home owners of Diamond Beach, against further development and the variance review board when considering the application to put 8 Luxurious condos on Beach Bums property must be on drugs. The suggestion was made that the Township buy beach Bums, tear it down, build a pay parking lot in lieu of meters. Why would anyone sell a property for 1M to the Township when approved by the zoning board would be worth 2M? What's in that weed you're smoking??? Why deny the application then low ball the purchase price. Can you say lawsuit??????
