The County of Cape May at the beginning of the new year gave raises to their white collar employees but, still have not negotiated in good faith with AFSCME,who represents the blue collar employees. Why? Don’t say, that the county doesn’t have money. CMC,is the 10th wealthiest in the state. Positions are created for retired people without any knowledge of said position. So, there are monies to give to blue collar employees who need to make a livable wage,especially now . Voters when the time comes vote for those not hand picked by, the Director &the CMC head GOP.
