The union needs to get their heads out of the sand and realize if they don't accept the offer at hand, we are headed to mediation. The end result being less than the offer on the table. Even worse, the union is holding out for something that affects approximately 1.5% of 800 employees. AVOID MEDIATION and take the current offer!!
