To make ourselves more of a success like Pleasantville, I think there's some complimentary businesses that will go well with the cannabis dispensary they are going forward with. I think a couple more tattoo parlors, maybe a methadone clinic, a check cashing place or two. And just think with all those incoming rateables we can then give those connected developers some sweetheart deals to build affordable housing for single parents with at least six kids to load up our schools with free breakfast lunch, dinner, and books. Now back to my perpetual motion machine.
