Sea Isle City we are at our wits end our neighbor sits outside smokes cigars non stop with there bull dog and there Grandchildren. We have Asthma. We asked several times to please keep us in mind as we have severe Asthma. Can an Ordinance be set in place. Maybe they should think of there Grandchildren and dog since they have no regard for us. We need action now. We can't BREATHE. Yup smoke comes into our house, garage as well as we walk outside.
