Leadership means pushing for change without losing empathy. It’s okay to want better but not by tearing down the people who show up every day to serve this township. They deserve compassion, respect, and fairness. It’s honestly embarrassing for our township to have this much conflict among the people running it. Leadership should bring unity, not division.
