Not everything you hear or read accurately reflects the reality of the workplace. As a former Lower Township employee, I speak for myself and others who share this perspective. The current elected officials and management team have made meaningful efforts to improve the culture by bringing in qualified, experienced individuals to address longstanding issues. At times, workplace concerns have been expressed in unproductive ways, including disruption and negativity. Strong employees build solutions; weak ones build complaints. If you believe you deserve more simply go somewhere else.
