Why would people going to Diamond Beach, to go to the beach, object to paying a meter for the convenience of parking close to the beach? Motel workers who work i the areas motels are taking the parking spots everyday, their numbers of cars probably in the 60s or more, parked all day for free now and taking up opportunity to generate $$ for the Township. I support paid parking, it works in the three towns that make up the Wildwoods, Cape May does it. Not sure if CMP does or not, let everyone go there and you will see how little time passes before they too join the trend.
