Forget about prioritizing Exit 20... Exit 17 is in much dire need of a fix. Imagine drivers going south on the Parkway and slamming on their brakes at that exit. You don't have to imagine it because it happens all the time! To make matters worse, drivers going northbound have to snarl traffic in the left-bound lanes to go through the rest stop and take a quick lane change southbound to get off in Sea Isle. Exit 17, as I see it, needs much more rehab.
