reHow in the world did we allow Israel to suck us into this absurd conflict. I thought we were smarter than that. The costs to the American people will never be recovered or reimbursed by Israel. Lives can never be returned. Taxpayer money is being squandered. The economic costs to the AMERICAN citizens, at a time that we can least afford it, will be extreme. Our military supplies are being exhausted. There is no US benefit to this war at this time. Is stunning to think that our leaders were led to this decision by some apparently good salesmen from a country that has always leveraged US help.
